When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

I live close to the ocean, and used to go a paint outside doing quick loose paintings all the time.
I have not painted a landscape in a long time, and have missed it. My teacher used to get mad at me in art school because all I did was paint sunsets. This style of brush work is close to the way I paint on canvans. Painter 8 ~1 hour and a little photoshop for some touch ups.  Its increidble. The colors are captivating and its so realistic that I thought it was a photograph at first. Very cool.

 geez, I thought it was a photo at first. can't possibly critique it, cause I have no idea how you did that in the first place, it looks great
  the only critique i have is the left side there is not much variation in brush stokes. overall i really like the look of the peice.
